Apple expected to beat initial Wall Street Q4 2022 revenue forecasts

Apple is expected to beat initial Wall Street revenue forecasts for the fourth fiscal quarter of the year, according to analysts from JP Morgan, who report that Apple could announce revenue of $90 billion, exceeding the present Wall Street prediction of $88.6 billion, compared to $83.4 billion in the year-ago quarter.

As noted by AppleInsider who obtained a copy of a note sent to investors from JP Morgan, the firm is expecting earnings-per-share of $1.31, with overall year-over-year fourth fiscal quarter growth of 8%.

Apple will announce its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2022 on Thursday, October 27, offering the first financial insight into the performance of the company following the launch of the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch Series 8, new Apple Watch SE, and Apple Watch Ultra.
