Investor Mukul Agarwal‘s wife Madhulika Agarwal has added Venus Pipes to the portfolio during the third quarter, according to the latest shareholding data available with the exchanges.

Madhulika has bought about 5 lakh shares in the company, which comes to about 2.46% stake, as of December-end. The majority shareholding of the company is with the public at about 51.80%, while promoters own the remaining 48%.

On Thursday, Venus Pipes was marginally down in afternoon deals at Rs 722.95. So far this year, the stock has been trading higher marginally. It has given multibagger returns to investors in the last six months, offering about 103%, while the same has risen 104% in the last one year.
